Datch showed in this game what they are capable of when given a good supply of quick ball.

The weather was not perfect but we battled the elements up the hill to open the scoring from a line break from Rhys and great support from Angus at pace to cross the line.

Rhys and Ollie B both carried the ball well and crossed for 2 tries each.

Tackle of the day went to Paddy for his outstanding effort right at the start of the match and then right near the end to stop what looked a certain try.

Our defence was much better organized this week and with Brandon marshalling the midfield we made life difficult for the oppo.

We were led from the front by Kieran and with Olly T covering the hard yards from flanker we quickly recycled the ball to lead attack after attack.

Ben capped a solid performance with a well taken try. The scoring was completed by Josh who showed scorching pace to take the ball from deep in his own half and go the length of the pitch to cross for a fantastic try.

Angus kicked 2 conversions.
