Most of the girls didn't have any rugby experience but all of them got stuck in and picked up the basics really quickly. By the end of the session, everyone was playing, tries were scored and new skills learned. The slightly damp weather didn't get in the way and some of the girls enjoyed sliding around on the grass. They were all a credit to their schools - Round Diamond, Longmeadow and All Saints. Thank you to the schools and parents for bringing the girls over and a big thanks to Stevenage Sporting Futures for setting it all up. We hope to see many of the girls back at the club again soon.
