New Skipper Dave Gore has already set the tone for his squad with regular training attendance through this extended pre-season and the lads have responded well.

Now the club will be running a dedicated session for the 3’s every other Thursday 8 – 9 (meet out on pitch 7:45). The idea is that the group can come together and have a specific session targeted for them that’s fun but just challenging enough. If you are wanting to play some Rugby for the first time, or returning to the sport after a break, or simply have a run around Dave and the lads would love to see you either at a normal club session that run every Tuesday and Thursday or one of these dedicated sessions.
