Harringey Rhinos 41 - 19 Datchworth RFC

Datchworth lost their first match in over a month with an impressive Harringey outfit winning 41 - 19 in North London.

The visitors never really found their stride until the game was already won to leave them languishing 4 points above the relegation zone. Tries from captain and Number Eight Matt Francis, impressive tight head prop Toby Kirbishere and wing James Watt couldn't salvage a bonus point for Datchworth as Harringey secured their position in the top half of the table.

Haringey played some excellent rugby with ball in hand and their backrow hit some devastating lines from the first minute which soon saw them take an early lead. Despite Datchworth being 19-7 down at half time, the hosts pulled away in the second half securing an impressive win.

Next week Datchworth host Barnet in an important match at both the top and foot of the table. Datchworth too will be celebrating opening their new pitch with many expected to attend, including the Hertfordshire RFU President.
