Annual subscriptions for 2021/22 are £45.00 to join Datchworth Sports Club. For non-playing members there is an affiliate membership available at a reduced rate of £35.00 (inc. VAT).

Adult Rugby Players

Adult members over the age of 18 can settle their membership in instalments, or as a lump sum. Players can choose from the following amounts/options, should they be eligible, which will be added to their £45.00 membership:

1) UNLIMITED RUGBY
Adult: £255.00
Over 50: £100.00
Student: £35.00
Under 21: £35.00
Under 18: ZERO

These payments can be split into monthly payments via GoCardless, with the total amount payable divided by the number of months left in the membership year from the first payment being made (with September being month 1 and August being month 12). For new members starting later than September the amount will be adjusted pro-rata.

If you are intending to play regularly, this is the recommended option.

2) PAY-AS-YOU-GO

This option is ideal for occasional players. The player makes the payment of £45 to register for the season which covers their membership subscription to Datchworth Sports Club. This must be settled before the end of October, or after you have played three games – whichever comes first.

On match days you will be charged a match-day membership fee (payable from the first game) to maintain your rugby membership. This may be a better option for members playing less than 16 games, however it is not recommended for regular players as you may well pay significantly more over a season.

ADULTS OVER 21: £15.00 per match
ADULTS OVER 50: £10.00 per match
UNDER 21 / STUDENTS: £5.00 per match
UNDER 18: ZERO

4) BESPOKE PAYMENT PLAN
If you would like to discuss paying in sporadic lump-sum cash/cheque/card instalments please contact Will Nash directly. In any case, your £45 Datchworth Sports Club subscription would be due before the end of October plus any additional supplement as agreed to cover matches played. In cases of severe hardship we can discuss options, in confidence.

Affiliate Membership
We encourage all parents, coaches and supporters to join Datchworth as Affiliate members.
This is just £35.00 per annum.

Affiliate membership allows regular use of the club bar together with access to the
ballot for international rugby tickets.
