Under 8 coaches Mark Felton,Jason Presence and Graham Smith successfully completed the UKCC RFU Level 1 course (to add to their previous RFU qualifications) and will be awarded their coaching certificates in due course. Mark, Jason and Graham joined other coaches from the region to learn about child welfare, session planning, game modification, error identification and correction, risk based health and safety , promoting teamwork, respect, discipline, enjoyment and sportsmanship.
